Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey conducted on May 4, 2023, found that Patient Care Hospice, had corrected the following deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a recertification survey completed on February 1, 2023.
